The customer Support Link serves
as a single point of contact between K Solutions and its
customers for all support-related communications.
K Solutions Support Link services:

and tracks all client issues. |

Communicates and tracks all issues
reported on all K Solutions Alliance Partners. |

Issues monthly reports to customers
on reported issues |

Maintains procedures for escalating
and reporting back to customers within times committed |

Is responsible to the client for
resolving all accepted issues |
The Support Link is an essential part of the customer care
program we offer by feeding back to K Solutions and our
suppliers on the quality of the services we provide. We
continually monitor our service level and feedback from
our client to improve on our service delivery to our customers.
Support Link is offered as a separate support contract after
the warranty period and the options available to the customer
include the Gold and Silver Support
Contracts, and Gold and Silver
DBA services plus alternate customized packages can
be tailored to suit your needs.
